We offer free shipping on all Australian domestic orders over $250. For orders under $250, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

All orders are sent via Australia Post using an standard delivery service.

Please allow 1–5 business days for dispatch from our store, with an additional 3–6 business days for deliveries.

RETURNS

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition and free from damage, items must have original tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please get in touch through the contact page with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a response with return instructions and return address.

Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, all original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty or incorrect.
